Fresh Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients:

½ pound tomatillos (husked, rinsed, and quartered)

2 serrano peppers (or 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped)

1 clove garlic (peeled and chopped)

½ cup cilantro leaves (packed)

½ teaspoon salt

lime juice (fresh)

Instructions:

Step 1: Pour all ingredients into a blender and pulse

Step 2: Blend on low speed into a coarse puree

Step 3: Pour into a dish and taste

Step 4: Add more salt or lime (if desired)
