Immunity Boosting Parfait
½ cup sliced fresh strawberries (or blueberries)
1 (6 ounces) container Greek vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup granola
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp chia seeds
Step 1: Layer about 2 tablespoons of granola, half of the strawberries, 1/3 container yogurt, 1/3 tablespoon wheat germ, ½ tablespoon chia seeds in an 8-ounce glass.
Step 2: Continue to build the parfait, repeating the layers until all of the ingredients are used completely. Top with one fresh strawberry.
