A: Wellness coaches are not health professionals, trained therapists, counselors or talk therapist which tends to focus on the past and how the past affects the present. Our focus is on the present and the future. There are certain situations where the needs of an individual cannot be met by a wellness coach. In that case, you may be directed to see a trained medical doctor or therapist. I do not diagnose, treat or prescribe anything.
